Apartments for students

Wartalo Kodit offers small studios and two-room apartments for students. Wartalo Kodit has few apartments for shared accommodation depending on the situation in Lemmikinkatu 1.

Studios and two-room apartments
Water, heating and internet connection is included in the rental agreement. The resident must make his own electricity contract with the electricity company of his choice.

Shared accommodation
Water, heating and internet connection is included in the rental agreement. In shared accommodation also electricity is included in the rental agreement. The cost for electricity is 15 € per month. The resident has his/her own room. The kitchen and the toilet/bathroom are shared with another resident. Only one person can live in one room.

Furniture
International students can be offered a furnished apartment, depending on the current availability, in which case the student can use the furniture for the duration of their stay. The furnished apartment has a table, a chair, a wardrobe, a single bed with a mattress (80 x 200 cm) and a blanket and pillow. If you need the apartment furnished, mention it during the application process, well in advance of the start of the contract.
